Refund Policy

Because our work is based on professional time and expertise, fees paid for completed or in‑progress tax preparation, consulting, or advisory services are generally non‑refundable.

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us in writing within 30 days of the invoice date so we can review your concern. Any refund or billing adjustment, if granted, will be made at our sole discretion based on the work performed and the circumstances involved.

If we are unable to complete your engagement for reasons on our side and no work product is delivered, we may issue a partial or full refund of fees paid, depending on how much work has already been completed.

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by H Ambrose Tax Consulting unless a different policy is stated in a separate written agreement.
